Meet Our Founder

Kristan Rodriguez, Ph.D. is a serial entrepreneur, award winning educator, and best selling author, with books published by Wiley Publishing and CAST Publishing. After a successful career in education where she rose to the role of Superintendent of Schools in a state with the highest national scores in reading and math multiple years over, Kristan transitioned into the world of consulting where she leverages brain-based practices, AI, and evidence-based levers to transform systems. Dr. Rodriguez has founded four companies in less than 8 years. From her home and office located on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico, Kristan supports her consultants who work within the United States and overseas to develop systems and solutions that drive organizational success. With a keen foresight that identifies challenges well before they materialize, she has helped craft proactive and innovative solutions, presenting them in ways that empower and resonate within complex systems. Kristan's visionary leadership has resulted in seismic paradigm shifts within the education and business worlds.
